The RFMS is committed to the privacy of its members and supporters. We will never give your data to third parties. You can opt-out at any point by contacting us on info@royalfreemusicsociety.org.uk. You can ask, at any time, to view, update or correct any data we hold on you, and also to request that we stop using or erase your data. Full details of your rights can be found in our full Privacy Notice (available on request). We will use the information you give us to keep in contact with you about the choir's activities while you are a member of the choir.

use photographs and recordings of the choir’s activities in which you appear, made for the purposes of records, publicity or fundraising for the choir.  You understand that such photographs or recordings may be posted on the choir's website or other appropriate websites.

Membership fees
Subscriptions for the 2020 - 2021 season (April 2020 to March 2021) are £47 per term or £135 annually.

But given the unusual current circumstances and the upheaval to everyone's lives, we are also offering an 'associate' membership to anyone who feels it is appropriate: suggested amount £20 for the term - but please feel free to pay whatever feels right for you.  

NB  Because we are not seeing each other face-to-face, we ask as many people as possible to pay online by bank transfer - or standing order.  If you are unable to do that, please email us and we'll tell you where to send a cheque.

Gift Aid
If you are a UK tax-payer, the choir can benefit greatly from tax refunds on your subscription.  Gift Aid means we can claim 25p for every £1 you pay to us. Please indicate below whether you are willing for us to reclaim the tax already paid by you on your subscription fees (and any donations).  NB Any Gift Aid declaration you make will remain valid until you tell us otherwise.
