CFAER Teens Summer Arts Intensive (SAI)
A 3-week visual arts intensive offering classes in Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, and Photo + Film to NELA teens [grades 7-12], in-person at CFAER and on Zoom.

Students will strengthen technical and foundational art skills; produce complete works to be presented in our culminating virtual exhibition; and re-envision the arts as a conduit for building community and investigating social-emotional wellness.

July 11 - July 29, 2022 [3 weeks]
10 students maximum per workshop

Weekly Workshops, in-person at Center for the Arts Eagle Rock
[2225 Colorado Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90041]

Drawing: Mondays, 6-8pm [July 11, 18, 25] ⚠️AT FULL CAPACITY⚠️
Painting: Tuesdays, 6-8pm [July 12, 19, 26] *hybrid, online and on-site
Sculpture: Wednesdays, 6-8pm [July 13, 20, 27]

On Zoom:
Photography + Film: Thursdays, 6-8pm [July 14, 21, 28]
Office Hours: Fridays, 10am-2pm [July 15, 22, 29]

Student Virtual Exhibition: Launch date TBD

Materials & Tuition Fees:
$50 per workshop
$200 for complete 3 weeks
