As a church provided benefit, regular church members ("Members") of New Life Vision Church ("Church") may request to use and enjoy the playground facilities ("Property") for Church sponsored use only. Generally, earlier applicants will have priority over later applicants, although no request is guaranteed to be accepted and the Church may make decisions based on its absolute sole discretion. Furthermore, the Church may assume no responsibility for loss or injury of the Child and any belongings.
Members will not be charged for the use of the Property. However, they may be held financially responsible for any damages to any furnishings, equipment and other personal property at or near the Property caused by the Member or the Member's guest/child. In addition, as a condition to being allowed to use the Property, each Member applicant must: (1) sign the attached terms and conditions, and (2) have all persons who will be staying at the Property sign the attached Release and Indemnity Agreement and provide the signed documents to the Church.
