Culture Week - Sign Up

Please complete this form to express your interest in volunteering for our upcoming Culture Week, taking place from April 15th to 19th. Each booth offers a unique opportunity to learn about and appreciate the cultural diversity of our world. Volunteers will play a crucial role in bringing these experiences to life and creating a memorable event for all attendees.

Booth volunteers will be responsible for setting up decorations and exhibits, serving food samples, engaging visitors in cultural activities, and providing information about the featured countries and cultures. Additionally, other volunteers are needed to assist students and booth volunteers throughout the event.

Parent volunteers are encouraged to participate from 10:30 AM to 2:15 PM, with specific time slots as follows:

  • Upper School: 11:05 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Middle School: 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM
  • Lotspeich/Doherty: 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM

Please note that Lotspeich will not be present on Friday, but Doherty is expected to attend. Due to restrictions on outside resources serving food to Lower School children, volunteers must make arrangements to ensure the kids do not eat anything from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM.
