Please note that if you live outside Eight Mile School District, completing this form does NOT ensure that your child will be enrolled with us, but after submitting the form, the school will contact you to let you know the status of your request.

The school district reserves the right to deny enrollment of students who reside outside the district due to large class sizes and/or if the enrollment would necessitate hiring additional staff.
