2020 Sunday Parkways Youth Volunteer Fundraising Group Sign-Up Form

Thanks for your interest in partnering with the City of Portland and Axiom Event Productions to support Portland Sunday Parkways! Please fill out this form to get started, as soon as possible-- our capacity for volunteer groups is limited by our budget, and group spots at any event are arranged on a first-come-first-served basis. Once we have this information, we'll contact you about scheduling for the season.

Our fundraising offers per event/shift for 2020 are as follows:

Southeast Portland:
25 dollars per an AM shift, 30 dollars per a PM shift
North Portland:
25 dollars per an AM shift, 30 dollars per a PM shift
Gateway Portland:
30 dollars per an AM shift, 35 dollars per a PM shift
Green Loop:
30 dollars per an AM shift, 35 dollars per a PM shift
Northeast Portland:
25 dollars per an AM shift, 30 dollars per a PM shift

Youth groups are required to have: one adult supervisor per every 15 youth, all youth ages 16+, and all youth with waivers signed by their parents.
