I understand that in order to promote the safety of students and visitors, as well as the security of its facilities, EUROACE may conduct video surveillance at strategic areas of its premises at any time, the only exception being private areas, i.e. restrooms.

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law, we (EUROACE) inform you that the personal data you have shared with us as well as the information obtained through video surveillance installed in the center of Colón Street 18, 7A, 46004 - Valencia, will be maintained by EUROACE in order to guarantee the safety of persons, personal items, and facilities.

The data facilitated will be preserved for a maximum duration of 30 days, unless you request to delete the data or we need to preserve it for legal obligations. The legitimization of the treatment of data is described in Article 6.1 of the RGPD: Compliance of the mission of public interest.

In all cases, you have the right to obtain confirmation regarding if EUROACE is handling the personal data correctly, and to access and obtain a copy of your personal data, requesting rectification of the inaccurate data, or for deletion when, among other motives, the data is no longer necessary. In determined circumstances, you can request limitation of the treatment of your data. EUROACE will stop dealing with your data, unless for imperative legal motives, or in the exercise or the defense of reclamations.
