If having your child(ren) being on campus is a necessity for your family (e.g. if both parents’ work must be performed outside the home), please complete the form below with the information of your child in need of on-campus care, and we will do our best to provide an on-campus solution Monday-Thursday for the weeks of December 7th and 14th. We ask that all families that can support their student’s distance learning at home please do so.
