Champlain College Community Garden Registration Form

Garden registration is done on a first come, first serve basis.

Please complete the registration form below.  Once your registration is confirmed, you will be prompted for payment. Use of the 4’ x 8’ plots costs $20 for faculty/staff, $10 for students, and there is no cost if all produce is donated to a food shelf and/or Chauncey's Cupboard.

Please initial: I agree to learn and follow site guidelines, to maintain a spirit of cooperation with my fellow gardeners and site coordinators, and to notify the Garden Manager if my contact information changes. *
Please initial: I agree to begin planting in my plot by the end of the 1st week of June. I understand if I do not comply, my plot will be forfeited to someone on the waiting list. Refunds will not be issued after this date. *
Please initial: I agree to weed and maintain my plot throughout the summer. I understand that if my plot is overrun with weeds by mid June, my plot will be forfeited to someone on the waiting list. *
Please initial: I agree to participate or have a representative participate in shared garden tasks, such as weeding rows (either during work days or on your own time). *
Please initial: I agree to completely clean up my plot by removing all support materials (cages, poles, etc.) prior to the fall clean up day at my site. [Cold weather crops can stay in the ground, if you’d like.] *
