Willow
Class Trip – Harry Potter Studios
On
16th May 2024, Willow class will be visiting Harry Potter Studios in
London to support their English lessons.
As
Harry Potter Studios is quite a distance away, the school day on 16th
May will be longer. Children must be in school for 8:20am – 8:25am. The
coach will be leaving at 8:45am sharp, if your child is not in school before
this time, they will unfortunately miss the trip.
The
coach will be picking the children back up at 3:45pm and be back to school
for approximately 5pm. The children must be collected from the top gate (on
the high street) when they depart the coach. We will continue to update you
throughout the day if their return time changes.
Your child will need to wear their
school uniform for easy identification. Please ensure your child has a coat/
rain coat if the weather conditions are rainy or cold.
The total cost of the
trip is £32.00 per child. This is a discounted price as the school and the bid
money from INEOS have put £300 towards this to help reduce the cost. Payment should be
made using Horizons. The full amount has been added to your child’s account and
must be paid by 1st May 2023. An option to pay instalments of £4.00 has

Your child will need to bring a packed lunch, with a drink in a plastic bottle or carton, in a labelled carrier bag which can be disposed of. If required, the school can provide a packed lunch for your child. Please complete the following google form by 1st May to place your child’s lunch order:
