Inspired from a New York online magazine feature, Friday Night Movie Club is, at its core, a movie club to perfectly cap off a busy work week.

The movies are especially handpicked by Ryan Leyco Faura but once the club grows popular with at least 20 unique cinephiles, each of the member shall recommend a movie that adheres to the the following rules:

1. That the movie is not disturbing as this creates unnecessary queasiness.
2. That the movie is not pornographic. Gratuitous sex is accepted as long as it is essential to the plot.
3. That the movie is not discriminatory to a certain demographic like women and LGBTQIA community.
