We use slack and google groups to stay connected to each other. Emails sent from the union are sent through the google group. Usually no more than 1-2 emails a week. Announcements are frequently made in slack. If you would rather not get emails, you are free to change your email frequency settings once you're added, but all of our documentation is managed via the google group. We want to make sure you have access!
Please use your person email address. We will not add nytimes addresses for the privacy of our members.
If you are helping some get connected to the google group and slack, please indicate that in the consent questions. We will send invitations instead of directly adding in that case.
NOTE: Members not eligible for our unit (e.g someone who lives outside the US) may join the Slack workspace, but will not be added to the Google Group.
