KYCK Rego form
Dear Parents/Guardians of SPARK + Ignite members,

We will be taking a group of our youth to KYCK and we ask that you fill out this registration form to help with organisation! Details are as follows:

- Where is the conference: KCC Conference Center, Katoomba. 
- Where is our accommodation: 1 Jersey Avenue, Leura NSW 2078
- When: Departing Friday the 23rd of September at 5 pm from St Andrews and will return to church at 3pm on Sunday the 25th of September.
- Cost: $55 per youth for accommodation and transport. Please note there is also an optional purchase option for a Spark Hoodie which will be $35. (The ticket for KYCK is paid directly through their website and cost $79)
- Pick-up/Drop-off: We will be leaving St Andrews’ Church, Strathfield (37 Swan Ave) at 5:00pm sharp on Friday. We will return to St Andrews’ Church on Sunday by approximately 3:30pm. If you would like to drop off your child directly at Leura, please arrive by 7:00 pm.

The registration cut off is the Friday the 16th of September. All payments must be made to Church by the Monday the 19th of September.

I consent to my child attending KYCK on the 13rd - 25th of September. I understand that my child will be attending under the supervision of youth Leaders from the Parish of Enfield and Strathfield.

We will need to drive the youth via bus back and forward to KYCK from our accommodation each day which means we need to drive the buses up ourselves. Leaders can drive 12 seater buses which is legal with normal licenses. This is what leaders have done in the past with the House party.  *

As there is limited accommodation we cannot guarantee every child who applies will be able to attend. In such cases, your money will be fully refunded. While there are a lot of beds in the house, beds are limited. Please indicate on the registration form whether you are happy for your youth to sleep on an inflatable mattress. *
(Optional) If you would like to purchase a SPARK or Ignite Hoodie (and you haven't already), please specify your child(ren's) normal Hoodie size and the quantity you would like to purchase. Please note that Hoodies are an additional cost of $35.
