Welcome loves! Thank you for your interest in Wax Buffalo's third annual Winter Market on O. Street. This year's event will take place Sunday, December 8th from 11:00am-5:00pm...and we're already counting down the days! 

This year, fees for accepted vendors will vary in amount, depending on booth location and need for electrical access. If accepted, vendors will have the opportunity to sign-up for specific spot areas on a first come, first serve basis. Vendor fees for standard vendors range from $175-$225, with optional electrical and sponsorship add-ons. Food + drink vendors may reach out with questions regarding specific fees.

I understand that each vendor is responsible for providing their own 10' x 10' tent. All vendors are required to have a tent, unless otherwise determined (food truck, etc.).  *

I understand that I must submit a $15 application fee in order to be considered for this event. Applications that are not accompanied by the application fee by May 15th will not be considered for participation.
