This e-form is for community members who would like to request equipment or supplies through The Open Space Council's Operation Wild Lands tool lending program.

In addition to submitting a request for tools, you must also sign an agreement that you/your party are responsible for any damages incurred, including any and all costs associated with the replacement of the lost/stolen equipment.

A copy of your request will be sent to the email listed. If you would like to edit the list of tools requested, please email volunteer@openspacestl.org.You may also call our office at 314-835-9225 to confirm your request was received.

I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up the equipment from the OSC office and return it to the same location at the end of my borrowing period, and agree to return the equipment to OSC staff in the same condition that it was received in when I borrowed it. *
