Fees for the year are as below NOTE our financial year is October to September, so for monthly installments, a one-off "catch up" amount multiplied from 1 October 2023 to the month of first AP is also required to bring you paid up to date. Membership subscriptions include the $43 New Zealand Hunt Association (NZHA) fee and $40 Annual Sparring fee.

Senior Member - Adult membership: $475 annual subscription ($39.58 monthly installments)

Junior Member - Under the age of 17: $275 annual subscription ($22.92 monthly installments)

Tertiary Student Member - FTE tertiary student, student ID required: $375 annual subscription ($31.25 monthly installments)

Associate Member - Non-riding: $50 annual subscription ($4.16 monthly installments)

Family Membership (1 Adult & up to 3 children) : $700 annual subscription ($58.33 monthly installments)

All subscriptions are due at 1st of October of each year.

All outstanding subs will be referred to debt collection. Outstanding debtors shall not be allowed to hunt.

By completing this registration form and checking below, I indemnify the Waitemata Hunt Inc. ("the Hunt"), and THE PROPERTY OWNERS in relation to the properties on which activities of the hunt are carried out on, and do ACKNOWLEDGE that in respect of my participation in the activities of the Hunt, I am aware of the dangers associated with riding and agree that in taking part, I will not hold you responsible for any accident, injury or damage that I, my horse, vehicle and/or equipment may suffer whilst taking part in such activities, and I agree not to make any claim or action against you whatsoever and that, should I do so, you will be entitled to claim full solicitor client costs against me. I acknowledge that I am liable for the full annual subscription as per the schedule below. And I agree to abide by the rules of the Hunt.
