Erin Farmers' Market 2024 Application Form
We're looking forward to the 2024 Farmers' Market Season!   

The Erin Farmers' Market takes place on THURSDAYS from 3:00 - 6:30 pm from June 20th until Sept. 26th, 2024. 

LOCATION: We are pleased to announce that we will be in the Agri-dome at the Erin Fairgrounds all season! That means we operate rain or shine in the same space every week! Vendors: no need for tents or weights!

Applications submitted by April 1st will be considered for early acceptance.  Applications received after that date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The Erin Farmers' Market is a True Farmers' Market, which means we maintain a 51% farmer to vendor ratio, so not all applicants can be selected to attend the market.

Do you plan on selling eggs or chicken? Please note that as per Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health regulations, in order  to sell at any market (off the farm), chicken eggs must be graded and chicken farms must be approved by the Chicken Farmers of Ontario. *
Market Booths and Pricing
Booth Space is 10x10, pricing is based per booth.  Vendors requiring hydro are responsible for providing their own extension cord.  

The Erin Farmer's Market operates as a non-profit. We set our annual marketing and advertising budget in the spring based on incoming vendor fees. Then we book or purchase our print and radio ads, our signage & posters, and our entertainers, and then those bills are paid over the course of the season. For this reason, fees are non-refundable.

A Note on Missed Dates
All full-time and half-time vendors: Please indicate any dates that you know you'll be away. If other dates come up, please notify the Market Coordinator ASAP so that we can fill your space and avoid gaps. There is no refund for missed dates.

Half-time and occasional vendors: Although there are no refunds for missed dates, with advance notice, we can usually offer you an alternative date if you need to reschedule. There is no refund or rescheduling for last minute cancellations or "no show" dates.

Specialty farmers: If your growing season is shorter than market season, please indicate the approximate dates you hope to attend, and we can fine tune the schedule as the growing season progresses.
