Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey! This is a 10-15 minute questionnaire from the Immigrant Youth Task Force at UCLA seeking to understand what resources providers in the greater LA area are using to serve their immigrant youth clients as well as their comfort levels in doing so. The survey also aims to assess first impressions of the LA County Immigrant Youth Resource Toolkit (aapca2.org/toolkit) in terms of usability and helpfulness. This survey is completely voluntary and anonymous, and we hope that your feedback will help us improve our toolkit.
