Transition to Kindergarten Interest Form
Transition to Kindergarten, or TK, is a no-cost early learning program for four-year-olds designed to help close the opportunity gap for students entering Kindergarten. The TK program provides a high quality learning environment geared to help students build the skills they need to have a great start to Kindergarten. More information can be found here.

Once we have gathered interest for the TK program, we will reach out to families and schedule a 20 minute screening to determine placement in the program.
