Turning Pointe Dance Private Wedding Lesson Form
You are requesting a Private Lesson or a Choreographed Dance from Turning Pointe Dance, LLC (Chelsea Speer).

After you fill out and submit the form you will be billed via PayPal  (but can choose to pay cash or check in person). Whether you chose the group rate or per hour rate you will be  billed for half the lessons up front.

Please have the main contact person and the one paying  fill out this form.  Every person dancing will fill out another form called 'dance participation and release form'. (which will be emailed to the main contact person)

All dance classes will take place at the Turning Pointe Dance studio!  Please contact Chelsea via email , text or phone call to arrange specific rehearsal times.

Turning Pointe Dance can provide the song (if it is not an original) during the rehearsal time (in the studio)  . If you will need a copy of the song or any cuts,changes to music there will be a $150 music production fee.

Turning Pointe Dance has a specific Dance floor (marley) so bare feet or sock feet are preffered. We do suggest all dancers to be wearing the shoes they would wear for their special dance, but they must be approved to be on my dance floor and must be clean.

The cost for private lesson starts at $75/hour for one couple. The more people there  are the rate goes up.

I do have  Group rate (this is the most cost efficient if you are doing more than one dance/song):  The group rate is $1,000 per couple per dance which includes:  10 dance classes at an hour a piece, and a  meeting with the choreographer to decide on a theme a style for each dance (tell me your vision or I'll create from scratch), this includes my choreographers fee to choreography you custom dance for your event or wedding.

Choreographers fee (even it is the exact dance) I will spend time choreographing your dance to the way you want it $75/hr. In general it take me 4-5 hours per dance depending on how long the song is.

If you choose the group rate you will half of it up front.  If you choose hourly you will for half the class and half of the choreography fee up front as well.

Most couples prefer to do a practice or dress rehearsal at their venue the day before. I can do this and I can provide the sound system for you to practice as well  (max of 1 hour practice per couple)!  The additional cost for this would be $50. This is only an option for local weddings (kalispell, whitefish, bigfork, cfalls).
