Maternity & Neonatal Voices Feedback Survey
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts and feelings about your experience of having a baby or babies within University Hospitals Sussex. Please feel free to fill out this survey if you have booked maternity care within UHSussex Trust, at Worthing Hospital, St Richard's Hospital - Chichester, Princess Royal Hospital - Haywards Heath, The Royal Sussex County Hospital - Brighton or if you have given birth at home within these areas.
The purpose of University Hospitals Sussex Maternity & Neonatal Voices is to champion the voices of women, birthing people and their families. We listen to your thoughts and feelings about your experience of pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. We feed this back to the Trust & work collaboratively with NHS teams and women, birthing people and their families to develop local maternity services. Your thoughts, your feelings, your voice, matters to us. 

There is an opportunity to feedback about your neonatal experience in our survey, but if you would like to submit something more detailed you can feedback directly to the neonatal network.
