Parent's Volunteers are vital to the continuation and success of Magic Valley Youth Orchestra. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes but if everyone helps a little no one has to do a lot. Please find a way to help keep this great orchestra available to your young musicians.
Registration Day: Arrange for cookies/donuts, set up, register musicians
Concert Day Pizza Lunch
Concert Day Committee - Stage set up between each performance, greet at door with programs
Social Media and Publicity: update FaceBook and Instagram, contact newspapers, posters
Rehearsal Committee: oversee set up volunteers, attendance, assist conductors, oversee takedown
Practice Incentive Committee
I would be willing to serve on the Magic Valley Youth Orchestra board
Librarian: help update online library file, help collect music after the concert
