NOTOCON XV Vendor PreApplication
To apply for a vending table, please complete this form. All applicants must be verified by U. S. Grand Lodge as dues current and in good standing. The vending tables are 8 ft. and will be available in whole table or half table sections. Every table will be dressed in black linen. Table pricing is as follows: 

  • $150 for a full table (8 ft., 2 chairs)

  • $75 for a half table (4 ft., 1 chair)

Any dispays must be attached to the front or sit on top of the table as nothing may be attached to the walls. If an extension cord or a power strip is needed, you will need to bring it. The Vending room will be available for set up on Friday morning and tear down on Sunday evening. Doors will open at 8:30AM for vendors and from 9AM to 4PM for the conference attendess and remain locked outside of the scheduled hours.
