Information for Your Will
Thank you for choosing Wesley Jones Law in setting up your Will.

This questionnaire will enable us to make an initial draft of your Will, and should take 10-15 minutes to complete, depending on the detail you wish to record, and if you have already thought what you would like to have in your Will, and discussed any relevant matters with members of your whānau.

As there can be no "one size fits all" approach to making a Will, it is likely that we will have a few further questions and clarifications. These will ensure your wishes are represented accurately, and can be upheld.

We appreciate this process can at times be confronting or difficult. Be encouraged that once you have taken this step, you can have the peace of mind and confidence that your estate can be distributed and your loved ones taken care of as you wish.

If you have any questions, you are welcome to call or email us with these, or you can note these down in the questionnaire, and we will get in touch with answers.

Your Details
These specific questions are asked because they relate to the information required by the High Court to positively identify you, your executors, beneficiaries, and any other recipients of gifts, in the process of administering your estate.

If you believe we already have these, (for example, if we have assisted you with a house sale or purchase before), you may note your first and last names, and then move on to the last section.
