With a generous gift of space from Mid Coast-Parkview Health, Madeline's Mission aims to create a memorial garden for families wanting to honor their child or baby that has died. Located by a beautiful little pond on the Parkview campus of Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick, Maine, the Madeline's Mission Memorial Garden will provide a space for families to remember and honor their child with a butterfly sculpture in their honor. The Madeline's Mission Children's Memorial Garden will create a serene space for reflection and healing.

If you are purchasing more than one butterfly, please fill out the form for each. There are three sizes of butterflies, large ($450), medium ($400), and small ($350).

Large: approximately 10.5 inches wide by 6.125 inches tall

Medium: approximately 7.875 inches wide by 3.75 inches tall

Small: approximately 6.25 inches wide by 4.625 inches tall

Next butterfly install date: estimated April, 2024 for a May 5th launch
