Thank you for your interested in joining us our event on October 9th from 3-7pm in Walnut Hills. We have two different categories of vendors for this application:
1.Non-food Vendor: This is for those that would like to have a booth or space at the event to sell their own merchandise or products (example: jewelry, flowers, art, etc). To have a booth at this we ask that you pay a fee of $30 - these donation fees will be shared by both organizations.
2. Interactive Community Booth: This category is for those who are local groups or other non-profits that wish to have a booth. You will not be able to sell anything from this booth and you will be required to provide an interactive component or giveaway for the community (example: face painting, free health products, chalk art, children's games, etc.). This is also great for local artist who would like to have a interactive installation as well.

By filling out this form you have requested a spot at our event, this is not guaranteed space and we will not require your fee at this time if you are a vendor. We do not provide tents, tables, or generators unless established ahead of time.
