1. HOW TO REGISTER FOR HolySpirit#1
• Complete this online Registration form & submit; and make the payment of $200.00
• Registration Deadline : Friday, 20 May 2022.
• The confirmation email will be sent to you within 2 weeks upon receipt of registration fees.

2. MODES OF PAYMENT
•  PAYNOW or Internet Bank Transfer UEN No. T08CC4089K (Catholic Spirituality Centre)
•  Cheque payable to CATHOLIC SPIRITUALITY CENTRE and mail to 1261 Upper Serangoon Road, (534796)        
For tracking of payment indicate HS followed by your name. (Example: HS#1-Joan Lim).

3. IMPORTANT POINTS :
• Retreatants are not required to be fully vaccinated to attend the retreat.
• Should you have any flu like symptoms on the day of retreat, please refrain from attending the retreat.
