This form is for VATSIM members to recognize their favorite controller(s) to VATSIM for their outstanding skills as a controller, but also as a person. Should you wish to have someone be recognized, fill out the form below!

  • Must have at least an S1 Controller Rating at the time of submission
  • Member must have controlled within the last 30 days for a timeframe of at least 1 hour.
  • Must be a good standing member of the VATSIM Network
  • Members shall not enter themselves or their submission(s) will be removed.
