Please complete the following form to have your child added to the Little Thunder Hawk Care waiting list. This is a waitlist for children 6 weeks through the age of Preschool, if you are in need of before and after school care for students K-6th Grade, please contact Kelly Snell at ksnell@montevideoschools.org. To support the current Child Care worker shortage, Hawks Nest employees may be given priority when we are pulling families off of the waitlist. Priority may also be given to families currently enrolled in Thunder Hawk Care. Note: If you wish to add multiple children, please add every child individually, children may not be pulled from the waiting list without a submission.
