The Cat Shack is a small group of people helping displaced cats find new loving homes. We want every applicant to understand the responsibilities involved in caring for a pet. It is a life time commitment and many cats live 16 - 20 + years. Cats bond with their human family and need to be treated as a member of the family. Please proceed with this application if you are willing to make that commitment.

Please note: Many vets will not release any information to us unless the owner calls and gives their approval. If you are filling out this application, please call ahead to your vet and let them know we will be contacting them. Thank you.
