Summer 2020 - Junior tennis booking form
All new players are initially reviewed for these sessions to ensure players are in the best group to develop their tennis & need to be a member of the club.

Maximum of 5 players & 1 coach per session (run on a first come, first served basis).

Sessions will be run in line with LTA Covid-19 coaching guidelines.

If a session is over subscribed we will be in touch directly, and try to organise another session to meet demand.

NOTE:
- A form will need to be completed for each individual player

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe - you will be informed by text no later than 30 mins before the session starts, ideally earlier.

The programme will run uninterrupted, over 8 weeks, 15th June - 7th Aug 2020, unless guidance from the LTA deems it unsafe to do so. If this is the case, any remaining session will be carried over to the start of the next programme in September.
