Alt Wedding Fair 1.5 Supplier Application Form
We've been given the unique opportunity to have a section of the Leeds Tattoo Expo dedicated to the Alt Wedding Fair, if you'd like to join us please complete this form with all relevant information. You will receive a response from us within 21 days as to whether you have been a successful applicant to Alt Wedding Fair, at Leeds Tattoo Expo, Leeds on Sat 22nd June + Sun 23rd June 2024. Successful applicants will receive all trader information and invoice for the final balance, which is to be paid within 14 days.

Full transparency, as this is important to us, all 3 of us (Katie, Rosie and Lily) have wedding bookings on the morning of the Saturday. We have access to the arena for set up from Friday night (which we will be present to help with), Rosie will be joining on the Saturday afternoon and all 3 of us will be back to support fully all day Sunday. We have both, the Leeds Tattoo Expo team and our own AWF helpers available at all times to support our suppliers throughout the event.

Please also select whether you require a table or not (included in the stall price) these will be set up in your stall space on the Friday and measure 6ft x 2ft. Not all traders will require a table to properly showcase their work.

We also request no roller banners to be at the Alt Wedding Fair due to health and safety risks associated. Please try and ensure your stand is more than just a table with business cards - we want everyone's business to be memorable for couples walking round. You can arrive on the Saturday morning to set up but we recommend coming on the Friday for ease
