2023년 봄학기는 가을학기에 이어 대면수업으로 진행되며, 학생, 교사, 보조교사 및 어스틴 한국학교 가족 모두의 안전을 위하여 학교에서 직접 학생들과 접촉하는 교직원과 보조교사들에게  코로나 백신 접종을 강력히 권고합니다. 다소 번거로움이 있더라도 모두의 안전을 위하여 시행하는 조치인 만큼 많은 협조 부탁드립니다.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      The spring semester of 2023 will be conducted in-person following the fall semester, so for the safety of students, teachers, teacher assistants, and Austin Korean School families, we strongly recommend that faculty and teacher assistants who come in direct contact with students at school be vaccinated against Corona virus. Even if it is a bit cumbersome, we ask for your cooperation as this is a measure implemented for the safety of everyone.              

어스틴 한국학교는 코로나 바이러스의 위험을 인지하고 CDC 와 local state agency에 따른 예방조치를 성실히 준수합니다. 학교 활동과 관련하여 코비드 감염의 가능성이 있으며 이를 개인이 인지하고 이에 따른 책임도 개인에게 있음을 이해하며 학교 정책에 따를 것을 동의하여 서약합니다. (The Austin Korean School recognizes the risk of corona virus and faithfully observes preventive measures according to cdc and local state agency. I am committed to understanding that there is a possibility of covid infection in relation to school activities, that individuals are aware of it, and that the responsibility is also in the individual, and agree to follow the school policy.) ==================================================================================아래 칸에 보조교사 본인의 이름을 씀으로써 위의 서약에 동의합니다.  AKS 기자단 활동 및 AKS 미디어란에 업로드를 위한 목적으로 수업 사진과 동영상이 필요한 경우, 수업 전 담임선생님의 허락을 구한 후 촬영합니다. 위의 목적으로나 담임선생님 요청으로 수업중 캡쳐한 사진과 동영상을 개인적인 용도로 사용하지 않으며, 어스틴 한국학교가 허락한 활동만을 위해 사용할 수 있습니다. (예를 들어 개인 sns에 올릴 수 없습니다.) 더불어 내가 작성한 기사나 동영상은 어스틴 한국학교의 허락하에만 외부에 사용 될 수 있습니다. 위의 내용을 모두 이해하였으며, 보조교사 본인의 이름을 쓰는 것으로 위의 내용에 동의하는 서약을 합니다. (If you need class photos and videos for the purpose of uploading them to the AKS press corps and the AKS media section, get permission from your homeroom teacher before taking pictures. For the purposes above or at the request of the homeroom teacher, the photos and videos captured during class are not used for personal purposes, and can only be used for activities permitted by Austin Korean School. (For example, you can't upload it to your personal SNS.) In addition, articles or videos that I write can only be used externally with the permission of the Austin Korean School. I understand all of the above, and I make a pledge to agree with the above by writing my own name.)

본인은 어스틴 한국학교의 보조교사로서 책임과 의무를 성실히 수행하며, 보조교사 활동 중 벌어지는 불의의 사고에 대해 학교 당국에 책임을 묻지 않을 것을 서약합니다.  (I hereby confirm that as a teacher assistant of Korean School of Austin, I will respectfully perform my duties, and will not ask for compensation in case of accident or injury sustained during the course of my volunteer work.) 아래 칸에 보조교사 본인의 이름을 씀으로써 위의 서약에 동의합니다.  보호자는 자녀가 어스틴 한국학교에서 봉사활동을 함에 있어 위 동의서와 서약의 내용을 이해하고 학교 정책에 동의합니다. 아래 칸에 보호자 이름을 씀으로써 이 서약에 동의합니다. (The guardian understands the contents of the above consent forms and pledges and agrees with the school policy when his/her child volunteers at Austin Korean School. I agree with the pledge by writing the guardian's name in the box below.)
