2024 Refund Request Form
This is the form Region 254 uses to request a refund for the 2024 Fall Season. If requested, refunds will be issued as follows:
  • If requested by August 4, 2024: Full refund (less a non-refundable $25 player registration fee charged by AYSO National and any Service Charges or Convenience Fees charged by AYSO's credit card processor(s)). At this point in the season, we have not yet conducted player drafts so the disruption to operations in minimal. However, drafts will take place between August 5-9; thus, any changes in registration after August 4 is incredibly disruptive.
  • If requested between August 5, 2024 and September 8, 2024 (the day after Week 1 games) - Fifty percent (50%) refund (less a non-refundable $25 player registration fee charged by AYSO National and any Service Charges or Convenience Fees charged by AYSO's credit card processor(s)). Any player requesting a refund after being assigned to a team must return the entire uniform (jersey, shorts & socks) in order to receive a refund.
  • If requested after September 8, 2024 - No refund. This form will no longer be available to request refunds.

Refund requests will be processed within 30 days. In most cases, your refund will be issued back to the credit card used for payment. If for any reason we are unable to issue the refund back to your credit card, a manual check will be issued and mailed to the address on file (and confirmed below).
