I understand that I am required to pay a $50 registration/tryout fee. Following tryouts, if my daughter or son is placed on a team, the tryout fee will NOT be applied to the overall payment. If my child is placed on a team and does not accept his/her placement, the payment will not be refunded. If my child is not placed on a team, the $50 payment WILL be refunded. I will be responsible for any medical or other charges in connection with my child’s attendance at the tryout, including anything related to Covid-19.
