San Juan Chapter Letter/Art Delivery or Pick-up
¡Buenas! Gracias por contactarnos.  Como saben, esto es un proyecto dedicado a ayudar a los ancianxs en nuestra Isla durante la pandemia.  Pueden escribirles cartas o crearles alguna pieza de arte para ayudarlos a combatir la soledad durante estos momentos difíciles.  Apreciamos mucho su ayuda.
(Hey! Thank you so much for reaching out. As you know, this project is all about helping the elderly in our Island during this pandemic.  You can either write a letter or create any sort of artwork to give to them.  We really appreciate your help.)

En este "forms" llenarán información relacionada con el recogido o "delivery" de sus cartas o arte.  Luego por correo electrónico le haremos llegar detalles sobre el contenido de las cartas, etc.
(Hey! In this "forms" you will be filling out information related to the pick up or delivery of your letters or artwork.
 Afterwards, we will be sending you an email with the details about the letters content, etc.)

Los escritores oficiales son los voluntarios que desean escribir cartas todos o casi todos los meses.  Para esto, los incluimos en un "Google Classroom" donde ponemos la información de todas las rondas y les asignamos a sus residentes para ese mes sin que tengan que llenar el "Forms" nuevamente.  (The constant letter writes are those volunteers who wish to write letters every month or almost every month.  For this, we will add you to a Google Classroom where we will put all the information for the rounds and asign you your resident for that month without you having to fill in the forms every time.)

Esto es porque algunos de los hogares de ancianos a los que les escribimos nos dan listas de nombres de residentes y sus gustos, así que  podemos darles información sobre la persona a quien se la estarían escribiendo.  Recuerda ponerle tu nombre para que sepamos de quien es.
(This is because, some of the nursing homes we reached out to gave us a list of names of their residents and their likes and dislikes so if you decide to write a letter, we may be able to tell you who to address it to. Make sure to put your name so we can know who it is from.)
