Palmer Park Mall Easton PA


~Set up begins at 8:30 am
~Spaces are either 8 ft by 4 or 10 ft by 10 ft
~You MUST supply your own tables and chairs.
~We will be set up through the halls of the mall and possibly the old Bon Ton space.
~Electric is available but you must bring your own extension cord
~Please be checked in by 9:30 or your space may be forfeited.
~The event starts promptly at 10 am both days
~A raffle item of at least $15 is mandatory. Raffle proceeds will go into our fund to help families who cannot afford Christmas gift for their children. We will sponsor a family or more than one depending on the total amount we have come that time.
~The raffle will be held at the end of the event on Saturday
~We will also have Grand Prize raffle which will be raffled off on Saturday. These are larger prizes that will help draw people to the event.
~We give out slips to all of the vendors at the event. These slips are given to each person who purchases from you. They can then turn the slips in for FREE raffle tickets. Every $5 they spend with vendors is 1 FREE raffle ticket. We mention this to the guests as they come in the doors! It helps people to spend money with the vendors before purchasing raffle tickets.
~You can choose to participate both days or just one of the two days.
~We will allow one representative per company at the event per day (meaning one set up. You can bring someone with you at your table there just will not be more than one there competing)
~After completing this registration you will receive an invoice through Square. Keep an eye on your spam mail sometimes they end up there. Invoices are always sent within 24 hours of registration submitted.
~If more than one representative register whoever pays their invoice first will receive the confirmed space. If you get alerted your invoice was cancelled it was because someone else then paid their invoice for that company.
~Once you pay your name will be and information will be listed here. You can always refer back here to see any information. An email is also sent out the week of the event going over all of the details here and any new set up and event details.
~The event will be advertised on local calendars, social media, in the mall, at prior events leading up to this event, on the mall message board outside the mall, etc.
~We will give 100 swag bags out on Friday and 100 on Saturday you can participate in the swag bags. Swag Bag advertisements are due November 22nd. Items can be sent to Events By Jennifer Lynn & Company P.O. Box 143 Topton PA 19562 or brought to an event prior to the due date.

Please keep in mind that Events by Jennifer Lynn nor Jennifer Smith are not responsible if you do not make any sales, low foot traffic or for any other reason the event does not meet your personal expectations. We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
