Over the last several years, the Board and Administration have worked with stakeholder groups towards making the decision to rename the remaining neighborhood schools that are now only numbered (School #4 is currently James G. Shawger Elementary; School #8 is Arthur M. Pico Elementary). The Board is looking to utilize Belleville's rich history and township attributes to complete this task.
