【グランドルール】
１．お互いを呼ぶときは本人の希望がない限り、「表⽰名＋さん」を使います。
２．ジェンダー、セクシュアリティ、国籍やエスニシティ、障害の有無などについて、名前や⾒た⽬、⾃分が受けた印象をもとに、相⼿について決めつけたり、前提にした発⾔をしたりしないようにしましょう。
３．差別的な⾔動を意図的に繰り返した場合、今後の参加を拒否する場合があります。
４．参加には、性別・性自認・性指向・国籍・学歴・障害の有無などは不問です。
５.話したことはここだけにとどめましょう
６. 他人のジェンダーセクシュアリティが何かを聞くのはやめましょう。自分の経験を語るのは歓迎します。
７．他の人が意見を言いやすいように気をつけましょう。まだ話してない人はどんなことでも話してみてください。
Our ground rule
1. We use preferred name with San(gender neutral title) and they and them when we adrress other. You can also ask us to use specific pronoun for yourself.
2. Don't assume participants background based on their name, appearance and expression regarding gender, sexuality, nationality, ethnicity and disability.
3. Any kind of abuse is strictly prohibited. If you repeat prohibited activities deliberately, we may ask you to leave the room and ban to join next all meetings.
4. Anyone is welcome to join the group so long as
they are dedicated to our policy.
5. Anything discussed in the room stays in the
room.
6. Although we are welcome to share stories from
our own experiences if we want to, will not
directly ask anyone about their gender and sexual identities.
７. Participants should be aware of how much they are speaking. If they feel they are speaking a lot, they should let others speak, and if they find themselves not talking, they should try to contribute some comments, ideas or suggestions.
