Thank you for your interest in our Legends Program!
CrossFit Legends Classes are designed to help older adults (55ish and above) maintain or rekindle a love of fitness and movement. Our program uses a combination of exercises to specifically improve functional strength, stamina, balance and mobility. Our Legends program is perfect for any older adult, regardless of fitness level or athletic experience. The workouts you will see are specifically designed with the needs of older adults in mind. All movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Coaches. Coach

Classes meet on
Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:30p-11:30am. We offer
