The International Relations Office of the University of Sarajevo is inviting you to the 9th International Staff Training Week event that connects higher education profiles with mutual ideas: cooperation and exchange within Erasmus+ (and similar) programs.

Working dates: 03-07 July 2023 (Monday - Friday) - please plan your travel dates outside these dates.

Who can participate: we invite Erasmus+ coordinators and International Relations officers across Europe and non-partner institutions. 
Costs: there are no participation fees. However, participants will need to take care of their costs for travel (to Sarajevo and inter-cities), board and accommodation. If you are our partner within the KA107/KA171 agreement, you can use a mobility scheme and funding, but first, your mobility should be nominated and confirmed by your home institution).

YOUR HOST INSTITUTION - UNIVERSITY OF SARAJEVO
One of the topics at the Staff Week will be “Erasmus gone wrong”, where we devote one day to discuss problems and challenges we have all faced within administrating and implementing Erasmus+ KA103/131/107/171 program and the success in solving the problem (or not). Please share with us one (1) situation that you consider interesting to share and whether you have been able to solve it. *

The University of Sarajevo is fully oriented to providing a healthy environment and safe activities that will not endanger anyone's health or life. We plan to organize many indoor activities, so we need information about your particular needs, food restrictions and Health/Covid-19 status.

Please note: all activities will be held in the Rectorate in which, at the moment, the elevator is under construction and will not be ready during the Staff week. We are unable to provide any other option exists to travel between floors except stairs.
