Join Arts Scholars for a book club discussion on this years First Year Book, Demagoguery and Democracy by Patricia Roberts-Miller.  We will discuss the concept of demagoguery, and how this reduction of questions to an "us vs. them" debate impacts your lives as UMD students and participants in the arts world.

Book Club will be held Monday, November 4th at 7:30pm in the Arts Scholars social lounge.  Light refreshments will be provided and all are welcome.  This event can count toward Pentathlon as #Literature.  Pick up your free book in the Arts Scholars lounge!
