REGULAR CLASSES : from the 20th of September
We will live, feel, perceive and dance the intensity of the universe of Cuban culture, offering you a complete understanding of context of each dance: music, rhythm, steps, body, communication with the partner, culture, games and collective moments!

BRUSSELS : All classes in Brussels take place at Chaussée de Boondael 277, 1050 Ixelles.

CLASS DESCRIPTION :

- SALSA BEGINNERS : (1,5h) Teachers : Celine & Manith.
Focus on rhythm, music, motor skills, leading/following. 1 Hour and a half class of basics steps, partnerwork and Rueda de Casino! Great moment to learn everything that you need to go to the dance floor and have fun!

- SALSA INTERMEDIATE 1 : (1h) Teachers : Daisy & Nico
You finished the Salsa Beginners module, or you have been dancing Cuban Salsa for a year
Focus on rhythm, music, motor skills, posture, direction, fluidity, style, body movement, intermediate figures. The class will be focused on partnerwork.

- CUBAN THEMATICS INTERMEDIATE : (1h) Teachers : Oona & Nico
This class will cover a range of exciting topics in CUBAN style that help to enrich and spice up your CUBAN SALSA DANCE!! This course is for dancers who want to improve their skills, body movement and knowledge in popular cuban dances, going to the source of each dance and bringing it into a modern context. The class will be focused on Solo.

- SALSA INTERMEDIATE 2 : (1h) Teachers : Oona & Nico
You finished the Salsa Intermediate 1 module, or you have been dancing Cuban Salsa for over two years. In this class you will understand the music and be able to improvise using different cuban dance genres. Also you will improve your partnerwork skills and learn how to dance in contratiempo. The class will be focused on partnerwork.

- RUEDA DE CASINO : (1h) Teachers : Juan Carlos.
Rueda de Casino is a form of Cuban salsa, where you typically dance in a circle with other couples. You follow the commands of a "cantate", who will "call" the next figure. This is about collective energy and synchronisation!

- CUBAN THEMATICS INTER-ADVANCED : (1h) Teachers : Tess & Juan Carlos
This class will cover a range of exciting topics in CUBAN style that help to enrich and spice up your CUBAN SALSA DANCE!! This course is for dancers who want to improve their skills, body movement and knowledge in popular cuban dances, going to the source of each dance and bringing it into a modern context. The class will be focused on Solo.

- SALSA Y TIMBA : (1h) Teachers : Tess & Juan Carlos
You finished the Salsa Intermediate 2 module, or you have been dancing Cuban Salsa more than three years. This class is to test your self, to surpass your limits without losing the importance of coming back to the fundamentals of the dance. This class is for opening new possibilities to your dance, putting accents in musicality and your personal power. The class will be focused on partnerwork.

- AFROCUBAN DANCE : (1,5h) Teachers : Juan Carlos
AfroCuban Dance is fun and enriching! Body movement techniques, musicality, expression and the meaning behind the movements will be covered, while the classes focus on different topics such as Palo, Arará, Franco-Haitiano, Yoruba, and much more! 3 classes per trimester will be conducted with LIVE MUSIC, let's feel the drums !

ANTWERP : All classes in Antwerp take place at De Nieuwe Vrede, Vredestraat 16, 2600 Antwerpen

- SALSA INTERMDIATE 1 : (1,5h) Teachers: Anne-So & Gerrit
You finished the Salsa Beginners module, or you have been dancing Cuban Salsa for a year
