Commercial Broker Membership: ​Any person who is a licensed real estate broker and who derives the majority of his or her income from commercial brokerage, leasing, property management or related commercial real estate brokerage practice is eligible to apply for membership to CBB.

Associate Membership: ​Persons desiring to be admitted to CBB who do not meet the foregoing qualifications may apply to become an Associate Member of CBB.
