*The CSUF Sales Leadership Center's Certificate of Professional Sales is only open to currently enrolled CSUF students only*

This registration form is used to track student progress for the Certificate of Professional Sales (CPS) offered through the CSUF Sales Leadership Center (SLC). By filling out this form, students will be entered into the CPS database where the SLC administrative staff will update as each requirement is fulfilled. If a student wishes to check-in with their status they will need to contact the SLC administrative staff.

Registration is required for any student who wishes to earn the CPS. Student progress will not be tracked if a registration form is not submitted. If a student does not finish all requirements for the CPS by their graduation date, there will be no penalty against the student- they will simply not qualify to earn the CPS. Students must sign-in for each required workshop or event in order for their progress to be tracked. There may be additional forms required for specific activities such as internship verification, serving as an officer of a student professional organization, etc. (see website for details).
