Permission codes will be assigned in the order in which requests are received.

A few things to keep in mind when requesting permission to enroll in an advanced seminar:
  • Priority is given to those who have not yet taken a seminar. If this would be your second seminar, please make a note at the bottom of this form and you will be added to the waitlist.
  • Only one seminar permission code can be distributed per student initially. If you are interested in taking two seminars, please select your first choice on this form and make a note at the bottom of the form indicating your second choice to be added to the waitlist.
