Middle School Read & Feed: February 21, 2023

Dear Parent or Guardian,


Please read the information at the top of this form, then fill out this Google Form or sign and return the permission slip at the bottom of this form by Friday, February 17, to the Middle School Office. 

We will be holding our Middle School Read and Feed on Tuesday, February 21, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM. Students will be treated to pizza, drinks, and a FREE Book! The sooner the student returns the permission slip determines the order they are able to draw for their complimentary book. We hope to see your student here enjoying reading a new book, socializing with friends, and partaking in a scavenger hunt! If you have any

Please pick your student up promptly at 5:00 pm at the high school library.
