To me, daily affirmations are part of my "Self-Love" rituals. It is hard work to unbecome the trauma that we pack on through life. Having uplifting conversations with ourselves is sometimes a challenge but everyday we have the opportunity to talk kinder to ourselves, and to work on one of the most important relationships we face: a relationship with ourselves.
