Once completed get it to Grant High Schools Registrar (Deirdre Harms @ dharms@pps.net). You may do this by emailing a scan, bringing it to the school between the hours of 8:30 am to 3:30 pm Mon-Fri, or by mailing it to us at GHS - 2245 NE 36th AVE - Portland, OR 97212.
