Complete all the questions on this registration form. After the swimmer has been officially registered a parent will receive an email from Swim Canada. It is pertinent that parents follow the directions in that email and complete all requested documents.
If this is not completed, the individual swimmer will not be permitted to register for any swim meet (competition) and it will prevent all other swimmers in the club from receiving their swim meets results with Swim Canada.For all swimmers except for returning swimmers in the Performance group, do not register until you have been directed by a coach the group you will be assigned for this upcoming season.
If a family registers more than one swimmer in the full time Rapids swim program, the first swimmer pays the full amount of the fees and each
COMPETITIVE swimmer after that will receive a $50 discount. If choosing the installment plan, the $50 must be deducted from the first installment and paid by the registration deadline.
Note: the discount can only be applied to competitive swimmers.
Swimmers participating in the part-time Discover program (one 45 minute session per week) must pay the total $150.
If registering a swimmer into the full time program mid-season, please contact Lori Garland at communications@cbrapids.com for an adjusted registration cost.
All full time swim fees must be paid upfront in one of two ways:
1) One full payment by etransfer (determined by the swimmer's group) by the registration deadline.
2) One cash installment by etransfer and three postdated cheques (as per the fee structure based on the swimmer's group) ALL of which must be provided to the club before the registration deadline.
